Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all orders

Every order to the United States ships free of charge – no minimum order value.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation by email right after checkout, and a shipping confirmation with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Delivery within the United States typically takes 5–8 business days after your order has shipped. Including processing, most orders arrive within 6–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays and other peak periods.

Order tracking

You can follow your package at any time using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show the first update.

Address changes and cancellations

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Need to change your address or cancel your order? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to update it before it ships. Once an order has shipped, the address can no longer be changed and the order can't be cancelled – you can still return it under our 30-day return policy.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your package hasn't arrived 5 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, send you a free replacement or a full refund.

Incorrect addresses and returned packages

If a package is returned to us because the shipping address entered at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, we'll contact you to confirm the correct address. Reshipping costs may apply in that case.

Sales tax

Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
